![]() ![]() I’d describe it in color as being equal to MAC’s Cranberry eyeshadow, in lipstick form. Not a shocking red color, this one is a mixture between a pink and a red which makes it so easy to wear. MAC New York AppleĪnother recent find for me, and I must say I am in LOVE! This is the most perfect red in terms of the color and finish. I feel like this is one of the more subdued reds from MAC that isn’t over the top and hard to wear. ![]() MAC’s Chili lipstick was a recent discovery for me and after trying the sample size of this color, I knew instantly it was one of those shades I HAD to have! Chili has more of an orange base to it, so it is more suitable for warm complexions rather than cool complexions. Perfect for a modern-day retro pin-up look, too! MAC Chili ![]() If you have had difficulties finding a red shade suitable for your complexion, I highly recommend giving Russian Red a try before any other, as it’s usually a one-stop shop type of color. ![]() One of my all time favorite red lipsticks from MAC is Russian Red, not only for the flattering blue-toned red given, but also for the matte finish. Some of these shades are rather daring, but I wanted to include a wide range to suit a variety of complexions.
